A Lei de Condução Segura removeria o status imigratório como barreira para tirar a carteira de motorista no Estado de Massachusetts. Assim, todos os residentes maiores de idade poderiam receber treinamento, carteira de condução e ter acesso a seguros automotivos, tornando nossas estradas mais seguras.
O projeto de lei encontra-se atualmente sob análise do Comitê Misto de Transporte, que tinha até o dia 3 de julho para emitir seu parecer. Entretanto, este prazo foi antecipado para esta segunda-feira, dia 23, e seu apoio é crucial para que esse projeto receba um parecer favorável.
